Our company is driven by a dedicated team comprising key professionals who bring diverse expertise to the table. Olya Burtseva serves as our Account Director, ensuring seamless client relationships. At the helm as Executive Director is Oleg Misyahin, guiding our strategic vision. Creative direction is led by Maks Burtsev, who shapes our innovative projects. The production realm is managed by Meryam Yol, our Producer, coordinating our creative outputs. Intriguingly, even our beloved cat, named Zhaba, is considered part of our team, adding a unique and warm touch to our workplace culture. Together, this group fosters a professional and collaborative environment that fuels our company’s success.

The team, comprised of talented young architects and developers, has already overseen significant projects such as Apple Circle, San Francisco International Airport, the tallest skyscraper in the United States, and the American headquarters for SAMSUNG, among many other impressive endeavors. A key challenge in the construction industry is the overwhelming number of contractors on any site and the vast array of technical documents involved. For an average person, managing all this information is nearly impossible, and even a minor error can lead to millions in losses. In 2019, PLANIT recognized the need to clarify its identity, purpose, and core values to the entire team. Since Arriba! values working with grand concepts and prioritizes a values-driven approach, we were eager to contribute to this project. Understanding the vision of the founder and key team members, we set out to translate their insights into a brand handbook titled "Planner." Our goal was to create a unique and authentic brand book for PLANIT that reflected its distinct character. To accomplish this, we incorporated concrete as a material element of the PLANIT Planner's design, carefully considering its raw qualities, texture, and significance, as well as the idea that "concrete" can also mean "foundation." Package design for Confectum

Confectum

While developing the packaging for Confectum soft candies, we created an entire marshmallow-themed world. Now, as the brand introduces a new product line, they've asked us to assist once more with the packaging design. The challenge is that the new Confectum marshmallows now feature a fruit filling. This product line will be priced higher than the previous one, so our objective is to enhance the packaging's premium feel while maintaining the marshmallow world theme. In summary, the second chapter of the marshmallow world addresses two key issues: designing packaging for the new product line and creating a scalable visual design that can accommodate additional flavors in the future. The customer expresses, "We chose to expand the marshmallow world concept across multiple product lines. This time, the creative team at 'Arriba!' needed to develop another realm filled with unique, vibrant characters that evoke positive emotions. Additionally, the packaging for the fruit-filled marshmallow had to distinguish itself from the classic line due to its complexity and higher price point – it was intended as a premium option within this segment. We sought to blend vibrancy, excitement, and luxury effectively. The team once again found a great solution, resulting in an outstanding outcome!" - Olga Odarchuk, Marketing Director. Package design for Esse

ESSE

The bottled perfume market lacks individuality, with most brands opting for clear and colored plastic that appears low-quality. This material is prone to scratches and fades in sunlight. For ESSE, the brand we developed from scratch, we required packaging that would stand out on shelves, be user-friendly, and not convey a sense of cheapness. The timing of Luc Besson's blockbuster "The Fifth Element" was perfect for us. The film centers around powerful artifact stones capable of saving the planet, with their power deriving from the natural elements they embody—elements that align closely with our ESSE brand narrative. "We were pioneers in optimizing storage space; no other perfume bottles occupy such minimal space, fitting together like jigsaw puzzle pieces," says Alexey Ilyin, the founder of ESSE.
