East meets West: Bringing Japan to the UK

Karaage

As the UK’s inaugural Japanese fried chicken eatery, Karaage aimed to honor its rich heritage while effectively presenting its cuisine. Arren Marketing created a distinct design inspired by Japanese elements to embody the brand’s strong identity. In addition to embedding a robust cultural theme throughout the website and its branding, we ensured that the site also serves its functional purpose. You’ll find all the expected features of a restaurant, such as an online menu, current promotions, contact information, and details about the business itself. This project transcended a typical website; the branding was crucial – from developing a Japanese chicken concept to pages dedicated to Japanese stamps, we truly invested heavily in this endeavor.

Number Plate Material

Number Plate Material is a wholesaler supplying high-quality number plate components. They enlisted Arren Marketing's assistance to transition their services from phone calls and notepads to a digital platform. From the beginning, we collaborated closely with NPM, discussing branding and the overall aesthetic of the business. This collaboration led to our in-house photographer organizing a photoshoot that encompassed both lifestyle and product photography, featuring art direction aimed at presenting the products in a distinctive manner aligned with the brand's identity. After the photoshoot, we focused on developing a unique and modern aesthetic that would differentiate NPM. We utilized a color palette inspired by actual number plates, incorporating black, white, and yellow to establish a sense of familiarity among those in the number plate manufacturing sector. As this would be an e-commerce site, we implemented essential e-commerce functionalities, including Stripe payment integration, member registration and login, a dashboard for accessing previous orders, and purchase confirmation emails. Unique features of the e-commerce platform include dynamic pricing for bulk purchases, dynamic shipping costs based on item weights, and pricing visibility exclusive to registered users.

Bringing more fun to a soft play site

Little Hooligans

Little Hooligans is a soft play center located in the center of Walsall. They sought assistance from Arren Marketing to enhance their online presence and showcase their status as a leader in the industry. Given the focus on a child-oriented business, the concept of integrating playful, child-like drawings into the brand emerged, which guided the design of the website and the new logo. The updated website not only features a fresh visual identity and theme but also introduces several previously missing pages, including details about the services offered, testimonials from customers, a section for their in-center nursery, a buy now feature, and more. Prior to these updates, Arren Marketing conducted a photoshoot at the center, as we recognized the importance of capturing the fun and enjoyment of Little Hooligans to highlight on the new website, making the new photography a crucial element of the redesign.
