Peak Dedicated Team

Unknown

Peak, a mobile gaming company based in Istanbul, was established in 2010 and promotes gaming as a universal experience that connects people of various ages, genders, and nationalities. The company sought assistance in assembling a dedicated team to work on one of its products. In response, Argent formed a C# development team comprising two engineers and four designers skilled in Unity 3D and Adobe Photoshop. As Peak developed its new game, it recognized the need to add more specialists to its team and opted to source remote workers from nearby areas to avoid the costs and time associated with hiring and onboarding new personnel. Argent, an experienced offshore team-building representative in Eastern Europe, facilitated this process by providing dedicated and skilled team members under favorable legal and fiscal terms for cooperation. Argent assisted Peak in hiring two developers proficient in C++, C#, Java, and JavaScript, along with four designers responsible for the game's visuals. Without participating in the recruitment or interview stages, Peak was able to find talented engineers who enhanced their existing team. The Argent team managed the recruitment and onboarding of these new team members, delivering two backend and frontend developers along with four designers and 3D artists in a short period. Working closely with Peak's team, the remote staff successfully developed and launched the mobile game, while the Unity 3D and Adobe Photoshop artists created visuals that received positive feedback from users. Peak expressed satisfaction with the collaborative effort provided by our dedicated team.

LingPlay is a mobile game development company based in Ufa, Russia. The company is continuously engaged in new initiatives, making the use of remote teams a frequent and effective choice. For several of these projects, Argent Team has assembled a remote design and development team consisting of 12 dedicated members: a Director, Art Director, 3D Animator, Animator, Game Designer, Project Manager, 2 Developers, and 4 Artists. Argent's goal is not just to provide a group of specialists, but to create a cohesive community of like-minded individuals who can collaborate closely to successfully complete their assigned projects. LingPlay's work encompasses not only web development but also extensive creative artwork, necessitating a team that is both artistic and committed. Argent is fully committed to making this project a success. Meanwhile, LingPlay benefits from a robust remote community, with the added advantage of the team being in the same time zone, which greatly enhances project management efficiency. In collaboration with LingPlay, we needed to engage dedicated team members to handle several turnkey projects. To find the best solutions, we focused on understanding the technical and business challenges our clients aimed to address. This approach allowed us to align with their engineering strategy and determine the appropriate team structure and skill set. Key technologies used in several LingPlay projects included Unity 3D, Autodesk 3ds Max, Java, JavaScript, C#, Adobe Photoshop, and Amazon Web Services. We successfully assembled a team of 12 dedicated professionals who strengthened both the development and artistic sectors. Through effective collaboration among developers, managers, artists, and Adobe Photoshop designers, all projects were delivered on schedule.

Global Play Dedicated Team

Unknown

Global Play is a game development firm based in Florida. We assisted Global Play in forming a dedicated team of 14 specialists who contributed to various turnkey projects. The company recognized the need to grow its workforce with additional developers for new games. To minimize costs associated with hiring and onboarding new employees, they opted to hire an offshore remote team. As an expert in team building, Argent successfully assembled a cohesive group of 14 professionals. This task was challenging, as we carefully considered each candidate’s temperament and aspirations to foster a genuinely collaborative environment. As a result, the client gained a committed, skilled team, a predictable budget for development, and a fully managed recruiting and onboarding process, all through Argent’s remote team-building services. In collaborating with our clients, we analyze their engineering strategies and business challenges, which allows us to recommend the optimal team size and the specific skills needed for their development team. Thanks to this dedicated team, we effectively completed and launched Global Play projects using a robust technical stack. The Ukrainian developers and artists made a notable impact in enhancing the client's brand, and the resulting products are still available for use today.
