We have developed the Beesers apps to create a marketplace connecting medical service providers with individuals requiring at-home care. I serve as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). **OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE:** What projects or services prompted your company to engage APPWRK IT Solutions Private Limited, and what were your objectives? We contracted APPWRK IT Solutions to bring our vision to life through two mobile applications and a web admin platform. One obstacle we encountered was addressing the issues with our previously subpar apps and admin panel from a prior partnership. The primary aim in hiring APPWRK IT Solutions was to quickly develop the mobile apps and web admin to a minimal viable product (MVP) stage. **SOLUTION:** How did you choose this vendor, and what influenced your decision? APPWRK IT Solutions came highly recommended by acquaintances who praised their work. Please describe the scope of work in detail, including project steps, key deliverables, and technologies employed. Initially, we met with the business development team and project manager to discuss our objectives. They were attentive and thorough in understanding our needs and ideas. Once they comprehended our project requirements, they provided enhanced mock-ups and executed the project efficiently. The main deliverables included a web admin panel and two mobile applications developed using technologies such as ReactJS, Redux, React Native, Node, Feathers, and SQL. How many people from the vendor's team collaborated with you, and what were their roles? A team consisting of five senior members and a project manager was involved in the design and development aspects of this project. **RESULTS & FEEDBACK:** Can you share any measurable results from the project or general impressions of the deliverables? The team met all deadlines and delivered everything as expected, with the quality of the web admin and mobile apps being exceptional. Describe their project management approach, including communication tools and adherence to timelines. All team members are diligent, which has made project management smooth. We engage in daily communication via Skype, and we receive a status report at the end of each day. Effective communication is one aspect we greatly appreciated about their team. There are numerous commendable qualities about the team I work with, but their consistent delivery of exceptional work within deadlines stands out the most. Are there any areas for improvement, or anything they could have done differently? There aren’t any major changes needed since the team members are competent and know their roles well. There were only a few minor adjustments made to align with our specific needs, which they were more than willing to accommodate.
