Kasa Stefczyka

Challenge: Development of a new mobile application for Kasa Stefczyka utilizing Flutter technology. The aim is to create a user-friendly application with a minimalist design that enhances User Experience, lowers development costs, and significantly speeds up the rollout of new features, while also modernizing the brand's image to align with current trends in the financial services sector. Solution: We focus on the ongoing maintenance and advancement of the application. Our approach involves crafting a minimalist design that boosts User Experience, reduces development expenses, and accelerates the introduction of new functionalities. This strategy will also revitalize the brand's identity in relation to trends within the financial services industry. The application was developed entirely in-house using the cutting-edge Flutter technology, which is intended for creating cross-platform mobile applications. During the design phase, we prioritized minimalism and clarity, adhering to Material Design, a design language created by Google. Result: The application became available to users in February 2022. One year post-launch, it has received an impressive average rating of 4.7 out of 5 on the Google Play Store and 4.5 out of 5 on the App Store. We are grateful to our client for their trust!

MyID system

Kasa Stefczyka

Kasa Stefczyka faced the task of delivering secure identity authentication while ensuring a user-friendly experience throughout the process. A significant obstacle during the implementation was maintaining the security of the customer authentication method, which necessitated the use of advanced algorithms to accurately identify customers and safeguard their data from unauthorized access. It was also crucial that the new system was intuitive, allowing customers to navigate it without needing technical assistance. Aplitt coordinated the programming efforts, focusing first on the integration and then on the production environment. The initial phase was dedicated to commercial services, while the subsequent phase targeted public services. Furthermore, development tests and security analyses were conducted, with the entire project being managed effectively. Kasa Stefczyka was mainly responsible for coordinating the necessary formalities to establish an agreement with KIR. As a result, Kasa Stefczyka got listed as an identity provider in the MyID system. This functionality enabled Kasa Stefczyka members to complete formalities electronically that previously required in-person identity verification. With the integration of the mojeID system, members no longer need to visit offices, such as government agencies, insurers, energy providers, medical facilities, or telecom companies, to finalize contracts or sign necessary documents.

The challenge The solution We tackled Asekuracja's challenges by effectively transferring the company's business processes to an Electronic Workflow, replacing traditional paper invoice systems with an electronic format. We designed the system to be universal, allowing for the integration of workflows and processes for the three companies affiliated with Asekuracja over time. The result It quickly became clear that the Electronic Document Workflow would not only enhance the invoicing process but also streamline other operations. Moving from paper to electronic circulation reduced cycle times and automated various processes. How? EOD highlighted that sending invoices to the office each time was unnecessary. With EOD, employees can independently verify information by checking if the OCR accurately scanned the invoice content before forwarding it. Since only authorized personnel have access to documents, this process is both quick and secure. The consistent introduction of new modules has led Asekuracja to observe a growing ease in handling subsequent solutions. Employees familiar with EOD find it easy to understand new modules, and to facilitate this further, the company has created a help guide with brief instructions and videos. As a result, employees manage even entirely new solutions with great success!
