About the Team
OUR STORY
At our core, we cherish the essence of 'New'—a catalyst for inspiration and innovation. Our belief is that growth stems from the courage to challenge the status quo rather than mere repetition. This philosophy drives a diverse team of thinkers, artists, strategists, and entrepreneurs dedicated to crafting original ideas. From creative leadership like Jake Bogoch and Shawn Topp, who bring rich experiences in writing, strategy, and product design, to operational expertise from Mike Mills and project delivery by Casey Tanaka, we unite varied talents to serve renowned clients across industries. Our collective passion not only fosters groundbreaking campaigns but also fuels a culture where innovation thrives as the lifeblood of everything we do.
