Andrew Neighbors

Andrew is not just a real estate professional but also a devoted father and partner living in Hawthorne Hills with his family. He treasures off-work moments exploring Seattle's diverse neighborhoods, hiking outdoors, and supporting his daughter Vivian at her games. Passionate about creating and building, Andrew invests in relationships, community, innovative ideas, and occasionally woodworking projects. He thrives on meaningful conversations and enhancing processes, prioritizing a strong presence for family, friends, clients, and his wider network. Having called Seattle home for over two decades, he deeply appreciates its vibrant neighborhoods, unique spirit, and the people who define it. For Andrew, real estate is his profession, yet his approach is anchored in being engaged, inquisitive, motivated, and well-connected.
