With a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from McGill University, Jason guides the firm's alternative asset management and advisory services, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising. Joining in 2022, Managing Partner Warren Yee complements the team with over 15 years of public and private markets experience, having held key finance and strategy roles including at Optimity and Wealhouse Capital.
