Allshore Virtual Staffing was established in September 2009 by entrepreneur Randall Agee. His interest in offshore outsourcing stemmed from his own experiences while working in development. When faced with a project that required skills absent from his team, Randall sought assistance internationally and found a talented developer hindered by excessive bureaucracy and inefficient processes. Although the final product was excellent, the project journey was challenging. This experience highlighted the untapped potential of offshoring. Initially entering the industry as a client, Randall leveraged his insights to create a uniquely customized outsourcing model, essentially developing the offshoring experience he wished he had when he needed it. Allshore is fundamentally a company built on a foundation of customer service.
