Aliza's Honey

At Aliza’s Honey, we honor thousands of years of appreciation for honey, celebrating not just its sweetness but the vital labor of bees. Our honey is sourced from bees that have been thoughtfully rescued from various locations across San Diego County, where instead of extermination, we practice careful removal and relocation. This ensures bees continue thriving as pollinators and honey producers. Our raw, unfiltered honey preserves natural enzymes, pollen, and the authentic flavors that reflect Southern California's seasonal blooms. Beyond being a sweetener, honey symbolizes a commitment to sustainable beekeeping and the harmonious relationship between humans and pollinators. Each jar embodies a piece of San Diego’s natural environment and supports honeybee conservation.
