The Phoenix Group: Website Design & Development

Unknown

Many websites struggle to clearly outline their company's service offerings. The Phoenix Group faced this issue and reached out to Air Social for assistance in enhancing their branding and improving their website to provide a more straightforward user experience for customers. The company offered two separate services (Technology and Communications) aimed at different audiences, but their old website made this distinction unclear, resulting in confusion for potential and existing customers. This ambiguity adversely affected customer conversion rates and increased the bounce rate. Customers also found the existing branding confusing, as they were initially directed to the main site - Phoenix Technology. Air Social was tasked with addressing this challenge by developing a cohesive brand name and clearly delineating the sub-brands. We recognized the necessity of creating a parent-brand identity and proceeded to develop two distinct brands that provided a unified structure while allowing for clear differentiation between the company's divisions. Instead of starting from scratch, Air Social devised a development plan to implement improvements within the existing website framework. We replicated their current website in a development environment to test and refine the new site strategy. With ongoing feedback and revisions, the final website design gradually took shape.

Woking Works 1-2-1 Webinars

Unknown

Since October 2020, we have collaborated with Woking Works to provide effective online workshops and adoption webinars to numerous businesses in the Woking area. Our webinars consist of one-on-one sessions on Zoom that last for an hour, offering in-depth social media guidance on topics such as creating engaging posts and professional-looking visuals using affordable, user-friendly tools. We help businesses engage with their audience by giving tailored recommendations based on their current social media activities. We also discuss the advantages of Google My Business, urging participants to create their business profiles while illustrating how proper optimization can enhance their digital visibility and improve local SEO rankings. Additionally, we ensure that participants grasp the fundamentals of e-commerce, highlighting how it can broaden their audience, boost sales, and generate valuable new income streams. We also emphasize the significance of web security best practices for small businesses. After each session, participants receive a concise action plan and are encouraged to subscribe to our monthly newsletter, which provides tips and advice. Ultimately, Air Social’s masterclasses equip small, independent businesses with the tools they need to enhance their online presence independently. To encourage sign-ups, we create boosted social media posts aimed at local businesses in the area. These efforts have proven so effective that our social media workshops fill up each month and receive positive feedback from attendees.

WSCC Proud to Care

Unknown

Proud to Care West Sussex was established by West Sussex County Council to assist local residents in finding fulfilling employment in the care sector and to aid care employers in the region with their hiring requirements. The initiative aims to promote the advantages of working in the care field and to challenge certain misconceptions about care work. Due to the constraints of budget deadlines, the Proud to Care West Sussex campaign required a rapid social media and digital advertising rollout, leaving Air Social just one week to develop and launch the campaign across platforms like Spotify, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Snapchat before its month-long duration. The campaign highlighted four main themes: - "Your Face Fits Care" showcased the diverse range of individuals in care roles, emphasizing that the sector welcomes all types of people. - "Path to Care" illustrated the various career journeys that lead individuals to work in care. - "Career Progression" drew attention to the different job opportunities within the care field beyond just one-on-one assistance. - "Who Cares?" offered insights into the existing care workers and the rewarding aspects of their roles. Testimonial: “Working with the Air Social team was a remarkable experience. Their expertise, enthusiasm, and creative ideas truly brought our care recruitment campaign to life and yielded impressive results. The campaign effectively increased traffic to the Proud to Care website and boosted job applications in the challenging care market. We were thrilled with the outcome and highly recommend Air Social.” - Lisa Davenport, Senior Communications and Engagement Officer, West Sussex County Council.
