ABOUT AI IN ACTION
Pragmatic AI. Sovereign data. Days, not months.
AI in Action is a German agency focused on providing AI solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). We streamline business processes using AI, along with low-code and no-code tools, delivering ready-to-use solutions within two days to two months—not in quarterly cycles. Our unique approach is defined by our clientele: we work with SMBs that have between 5 to 250 employees across various sectors, including manufacturing, infrastructure, and professional services. What unites these businesses is their proactive mindset; they prefer implementing a functional solution rather than spending months in discussions. Our typical projects range from brief, two-day implementations to more extensive two-month engagements, along with ongoing retainer options (one to two days each month) for clients seeking sustained AI capabilities without the need to develop them internally. The agency was established in 2026 and is located in Germany.

About the Team
OUR STORY
Our Journey AI in Action began in 2026, established by Andreas Mose following ten years in B2B sales and product development, with his latest experience involving AI projects at a German digital agency. The challenge he faced wasn't the work itself but the frustrating delay of promising projects getting lost in lengthy corporate decision-making processes that could stretch for months or even years. We created AI in Action with a different vision: to serve the Mittelstand (small and medium-sized businesses) in the DACH region, which can make decisions in a week and see results in under two months. We are not a consultancy focused on strategy; we are the firm that takes action and builds solutions.
