IntoUniversity sought a completely new digital method to showcase their progress to stakeholders and funders. Instead of a traditional annual report, they aimed for an interactive online tool that would clearly and accurately reflect the impact of their work, enabling users to explore specific geographical effects and view data related to particular educational or social mobility metrics. The project's goals included enhancing transparency and providing better information to stakeholders, while also showcasing the charity as a leader in both outstanding results and openness. The project involved processing over 1 GB of data, which included maps, geographical information, data on deprivation and educational achievement segmented down to areas as small as a few streets across the UK, performance and impact outcomes from the charity's locations, demographic data, and more. This information needed to be presented in a user-friendly interface that also featured photography and video. Collaborating with the Bath-based data visualization agency Furthr and London-based Creative Director Andy Cowles, as well as engaging with senior management at IntoUniversity, we navigated the project from initial consultations and discovery meetings to the final site deployment and beyond, transforming the concept into an innovative interactive impact report of remarkable depth.

After successfully completing a Series D fundraising round, Phononic, based in North Carolina, was eager to establish a new medical business unit centered around their innovative prototype—a highly advanced medical refrigerator. Their Marketing Director approached us to quickly develop a powerful product launch website that would emphasize the groundbreaking nature of their product, all within a tight timeline of less than a month. The launch proved highly successful, and our contributions were crucial to that success, leading to the creation of three additional websites, key marketing materials such as trade-show assets and print brochures, technical documentation, videos, and more. A year later, their newly appointed Digital Marketing Manager commented, "I've compared our digital assets with those of our competitors, and what you've produced for us is far superior—it's almost ridiculous." This "remarkably superior" approach resonated with the Evolve brand, highlighting their exceptional product advantages, building strong recognition, and establishing them as a leader in their industry. Throughout the entire process—regardless of how ambitious or urgent their requests were—we collaborated closely with them, from the initial idea to a subsequent partnership with Thermo Fisher Scientific.

We utilized existing simulation technology developed by Dextera Health in Oslo and collaborated with wireframes created by the Bath-based data visualization agency Furthr to create a comprehensive application for the iPad Pro. This involved front-end and back-end development to manage complex data inputs, graphs, analysis tools, and information screens. We also established server-based database structures, APIs, and communication systems to ensure smooth operation between the app, our server setup, and Dextera's proprietary technologies. Throughout the process, we provided design, UX, and QA support while also developing a user management and admin system on the server side. All of this was accomplished in less than four months. Consequently, Dextera's previously standalone technology is now accessible for clinical evaluation in hospitals, providing a tangible product for Dextera's global stakeholders.
