European Scientific night for 3 States Institutes
The Institute of Electronics and Computer Sciences
Case Study: Marketing Campaign for European Scientific Night
Overview: Our main aim for the European Scientific Night was to raise public awareness of the event and significantly boost visitor turnout at three state institutes.
Objectives: We sought to enhance awareness and involvement with the event, with the goal of doubling the visitor count from prior years.
Implemented Strategies: To meet these goals, we rolled out a comprehensive digital marketing campaign that featured:
- Social Media Marketing: We connected with audiences on Facebook and Instagram through targeted posts and advertisements, showcasing the exciting activities and attractions at the event.
- Influencer Marketing: By partnering with popular vloggers, we leveraged their follower base to generate excitement and buzz around the event, thereby reaching a wider audience.
- Media Outreach: Utilizing traditional media, we secured coverage in television and print outlets to inform local communities about the European Scientific Night.
- Printed Banners: We created visually appealing banners to display in schools and high schools, catching the interest of young people and encouraging their participation.
- Creative Giveaway: To enhance engagement, we hosted a giveaway where participants could win books on science, generously provided by a local publishing house that partnered with us as a sponsor.
Results: This integrated marketing strategy was successful, resulting in visitor numbers that doubled compared to previous years. The campaign effectively raised awareness, engaged the community, and sparked an interest in science among young individuals.
