**Business**: International Education Services **Location**: Ukraine **Objective**: Boost search engine traffic **Outcome**: Initially, the project experienced a 15% decrease in search traffic in the first month. However, in the second month, following the implementation of the T3 strategy—which involved optimizing the site structure and landing pages, refining meta tags and content, and establishing links—the site achieved 2,500 conversions, effectively doubling its performance. While costs rose by 1.5 times, the click-through rate (CPC) from organic search significantly decreased, resulting in a traffic cost that is much lower compared to paid ads. Approximately 90% of the budget has been allocated (and continues to be spent) on permanent links, encompassing articles, reviews, and references. Organic search has become the primary traffic source for the project, despite ongoing efforts in contextual advertising, social media engagement, and public relations. Google My Business Setup: Our goal was to enhance the KPIs for the HOLZ store, which specializes in doors and flooring. **Step 1:** We established and properly configured the Google My Business account, taking into consideration the unique aspects of the client's business. **Step 2:** We addressed negative reviews. For Volia, a telecommunications provider, we implemented the following steps: **Step 1:** We created and accurately set up the Google My Business account while considering the specific characteristics of Volia. **Step 2:** We defined the service area. **Step 3:** We consolidated all departments under a single account. **Results:** Over the course of three months, the total number of search queries rose by 60.2%. There were notable increases in both direct and category search queries: a 68.1% increase for direct queries and a 48.6% rise for category queries. Yearly comparisons show an impressive 173.91% growth in total search queries: 143.81% for direct queries and 223.57% for category queries. The total views surged by 180.06%, with search result views increasing by 22.64% and map views by 212.49%. Targeted actions grew by 56.48%, website transactions by 61.92%, paved route inquiries by 57.49%, and phone calls by 27.06%.
