Euronics - Topo Centras

For the past 20 years, "Topo Centras" has stood as the largest retailer of household appliances and electronics in Lithuania. As a part of the "Euronics International" network, "Topo Centras" operates over 35 stores across the country. The e-shop of "Topo Centras" was already functional but required optimization and enhancement of its existing features. Our goal was to refine this e-shop to perfection. Throughout our ongoing partnership, we have implemented a range of advanced technologies and innovations tailored for the "Topo Centras" e-shop, including unique self-checkout terminals in their physical locations, mobile applications, Progressive Web Apps (PWA), extensive automation, and various custom integrations.

Pegasas

Pegasas is the largest and a prominent bookstore chain in Lithuania. Launched in 2003, the first Pegasas store has since grown into a network of 33 locations. In response to an evolving business landscape and increasing customer expectations, our client recognized the need to upgrade their online store to align with global eCommerce trends and enhance the user experience. The previous online store operated on the Oxid system, but selecting Magento 2 was straightforward due to its extensive offerings for both store administrators and customers. This project was more than just a typical Magento adaptation for an eCommerce model; the Pegasas team had ambitious goals that included offering an omnichannel experience for their customers. This required a seamless experience across all physical and online stores. A key element was ensuring consistency with Pegasas' custom loyalty program between digital and physical outlets. The outcome is a visually appealing online store that aligns with the brand's content strategy and can be easily updated with just a few clicks. Integrations with various accounting, product information management, and marketing systems—like newsletter functionalities—allow for efficient handling of inventory management, communication, and product information management, all within the Magento admin interface. This not only boosts operational efficiency and decision-making but also opens up new business opportunities for Pegasas.

Deeper is an innovative technology company dedicated to creating and providing advanced solutions for outdoor activities. It has experienced explosive growth, earning the title of the second fastest-growing tech company in Central Europe according to Deloitte, with a remarkable growth rate exceeding 7,000% in its first four years. In 2013, Deeper revolutionized the fishing technology market by launching the world's first castable wireless fish finder for anglers. Today, Deeper's products are available in more than 50 countries worldwide. Recognizing the importance of strong collaborations in achieving success, we are proud to have been chosen as the eCommerce solutions partner by Deeper. Our objective for this project was to develop a content-rich, user-friendly website and to streamline as many manual processes as possible. The project was required to be completed within six months of initiation. Looking back, Deeper has been one of the most challenging projects we've undertaken thus far, not only because of its scale but also due to the tight deadlines. Nevertheless, tackling challenging projects fosters our growth, particularly in the case of the Deeper e-commerce system. When collaborating with a skilled team of professionals and experts from Deeper, we find that there are no insurmountable challenges. We eagerly anticipate the next opportunity to work together.
