One Harbor Shore

The Fallon Company

As the final residential building at Fan Pier, One Harbor Shore is strategically located right on Boston Harbor, fulfilling the envisioned residential aspect of the area. Building on the achievements of Twenty Two Liberty and 50 Liberty, this project held both symbolic and strategic importance, influencing how Fan Pier would be experienced and remembered as a complete waterfront community. Adams Design collaborated closely with the development team to create a cohesive brand identity from the outset, crafting a clear perspective on naming, positioning, visual identity, and messaging. The branding was intended to complement earlier phases of Fan Pier while conveying a more sophisticated residential feel that aligns with the site’s last and most direct connection to the harbor. Instead of relying on overt signs of luxury, the brand focuses on tone, restraint, and lifestyle, capturing the ease, vibrancy, and social atmosphere of waterfront living. The resulting brand identity strikes a balance between sophistication and accessibility, allowing One Harbor Shore to feel well-established from the outset, while being adaptable across print, digital, environmental, and on-site experiences.

The Sudbury Residences

HYM Development Group

The Sudbury has been established on the previous site of Boston’s Government Center Garage, a massive structure whose demolition has revitalized several downtown blocks, paving the way for a new public environment filled with buildings, parks, streets, and opportunities. This initiative represented a significant change in the experience of this area, transforming it from simply a transit zone to a space where people can live, gather, and feel a sense of belonging. Our efforts were centered on highlighting this transformation. The tagline “This Changes Everything” captured both the magnitude of the change and the new perspective on living in this location, positioning the Sudbury as a highly sought-after residence. Branding, messaging, and marketing focused on creating a sense of place, aiming to inform audiences about this overlooked yet ideal spot at the crossroads of Beacon Hill, the North End, the West End, and downtown, which connects various neighborhoods while maintaining its unique identity. The visual branding emphasizes the theme of evolution and viewpoint. A dynamic logo inspired by change and perspective serves as a versatile system across different uses, while a rich color scheme and bold typography convey a contemporary, upscale residential vibe. Together, the language and design work to present a luxurious lifestyle in a once-thriving part of the city that has suffered over time.

Makor Capital & Makor Management Brand Identity

Makor Capital

Makor Capital and Makor Management needed a cohesive branding system that could effectively convey two separate functions within the same real estate company. Makor Capital focuses on investment and portfolio management, whereas Makor Management is responsible for the operational performance and oversight of individual properties. The brand had to reflect a common vision while ensuring these differences were easily recognizable.
