Membership app for SMWS

Scotch Malt Whisky Society

**Task:** The Scotch Malt Whisky Society (SMWS), a famous organization focused on single-cask, single-malt whisky, aimed to launch its inaugural app exclusive to members. The challenge was to merge and optimize existing features within a stringent timeline, improving the user experience for their dedicated members without creating any disruptions. **ADAMAPP's Solution:** ADAMAPP, in partnership with a design agency, set out to create this exclusive app for SMWS members. This initiative involved brainstorming and prioritizing key features to ensure a rapid deployment by the launch date. The team's goal was to develop a user-friendly mobile app that echoed and improved upon SMWS’s existing services, providing a smooth transition and better usability for members. **Results:** The outcome was a successful launch of the SMWS mobile app on schedule, which functioned perfectly from the start. The app significantly enhanced the member experience by reproducing and optimizing existing features. Despite facing challenges related to a tight timeframe and an evolving project scope, the app was completed punctually with all agreed features. This success was made possible through effective communication, strong problem-solving skills, and seamless collaboration among ADAMAPP, the design agency, and SMWS's web development team. "There were a few major obstacles that came up during development, and we needed to address them quickly before launch. Adamapp responded effectively and resolved the issues with minimal acceptable compromises. It was handled smoothly without any fuss, with everyone on the team working together to ensure the job was done," said James, Product Manager at Artisanal Spirits.

Sodexo Personal Account

Sodexo

**Task**: In a fiercely competitive market, Sodexo sought to boost user engagement and loyalty by offering a more tailored user experience via a unified platform. This platform would allow users to conveniently access their account details, monitor balances, transactions, and expiring credits from anywhere. **ADAMAPP’s Solution**: We created a state-of-the-art application that not only provided users with their account information but also included marketing tools to enrich their experience. The app featured a map function displaying nearby restaurants and stores that accept Sodexo cards, with navigation just a click away. Additionally, it incorporated a customized push notification system for targeted communication with various groups or individual users based on demographics or service usage. This was further enhanced by the integration of the Storyly.io widget, which mimics Instagram stories, enabling Sodexo to present personalized ads or promotions to each user. **Results**: The app attracted 30,000 visitors daily, generated over 250,000 user interactions monthly, and improved user engagement and loyalty.

Lottery App for Sazka

SAZKA

Before our collaboration, Sazka Lottery customers faced a complex system to check their bets after placing them. Sazka sought a user-friendly app that would enable customers to purchase lottery tickets, submit bets, view results within the app, and receive push notifications when results were available. We provided a solution that allowed users to receive real-time notifications with winning numbers, prize amounts, and draw results. For those who prefer to place bets in person, the Sazka app also helps locate the nearest betting station. ADAMAPP's solution consisted of an intuitive app where users can verify their results by either scanning tickets or manually inputting lottery numbers, with an algorithm ensuring accuracy. Customers can save their numbers for future use, enabling them to check their results online or offline, and reuse favorites for upcoming bets. Instant push notifications also remind customers of draws and announcements. The app features a push server that enables Sazka to send over 100,000 targeted notifications in just a few minutes. Results included a 37% share of all sales in 2021, 250,000 active users monthly, and the inclusion of 12 lotteries within the app. "We've partnered with ADAMAPP since 2013 and view them as true partners rather than mere vendors. This collaboration has led to the creation of successful applications that have received excellent feedback. We had the chance to build a new sports betting app from the ground up, transforming it into a revenue-generating platform. ADAMAPP approached this complex task with professionalism, successfully unifying multiple independent systems into a cohesive solution that has become essential for our customers placing bets." - Ales Hegenbart, Digital Marketing Specialist, SAZKA.
