The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) is a professional organization made up of 66,000 pediatricians and specialists dedicated to enhancing the health, safety, and welfare of infants, children, adolescents, and young adults. To improve customer experience, Adage revamped AAP's outdated shopAAP ecommerce platform by integrating it with AAP’s association management system (AMS), netFORUM. This integration connects member purchases, event registrations, and course completions to their accounts and also facilitates personalized product recommendations powered by AI based on user behavior. As a result, AAP members now have access to a cohesive shopping experience for books, journals, courses, and events, streamlining their interactions and increasing conversions. The improved personalized content and recommendations, combined with a mobile-friendly website accessible from any device, enhanced user engagement and resulted in a 10-fold return on investment (ROI). Additionally, Adage developed a fully responsive website that allows users to access AAP’s resources anytime, from any device, further increasing engagement and boosting conversion rates.

NorthShore University HealthSystem

NorthShore University HealthSystem, located north of Chicago, is a comprehensive healthcare organization serving northern Illinois. It operates over 140 locations and has a network of 900 physicians, while also providing educational opportunities in collaboration with the University of Chicago. However, their previous content management system (CMS) was outdated, hindering effective information delivery to patients and staff. To enhance user experience and engagement, they sought a more advanced CMS and a revamped website. The move to Optimizely improved site speed for both users and administrators, while Adage's custom templates increased CMS adaptability and significantly lowered dependence on third-party developers by more than 50%. Additionally, Adage implemented community features such as a forum and blog to facilitate patient interaction.
