About the Team
OUR STORY
Our team spans three major cities: London, San Francisco, and Singapore, bringing a truly global perspective to our operations. Led by Founder and CEO Julie Cohen, we have a dedicated leadership group including Sinthiya Croos overseeing finance and operations, and Christopher Godfree managing commercial aspects. Creative vision is guided by Executive Creative Director Alex Hill, while production efforts are headed by Matt Mager in London, alongside Fawna Xiao managing US production. Our strategy and client relations benefit from the expertise of Ivana Bertozzi and Lana Olmer. Supporting roles across finance, workplace experience, and growth further empower our mission. This diverse group ensures a professional, coordinated approach tailored to our global ambitions.
