Founded in 2004 by Heide Olson as All In One Accounting (AIOA), Accountinuity originated from the simple concept of assisting small businesses in finding qualified accounting professionals on an as-needed basis. Over the last two decades, this idea has evolved into a highly successful partnership for many small businesses, offering services in general accounting, bookkeeping, controller functions, and CFO support to thousands of clients. Headquartered in Eagan, Minnesota, Accountinuity has expanded from a single employee to over 95 dedicated professionals who share a commitment to exceptional client service, enthusiasm for small businesses, and ongoing personal and professional growth. The company operates using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), a methodology that many of its entrepreneurial clients also utilize to clarify and streamline their visions.
