abz.agency® is a software development firm that specializes in creating complex and customized solutions utilizing web technologies, including browser extensions, mobile applications, and high-performance, high-load solutions. Currently, our team consists of over 95 members across 8 locations, with 2 offices in Tallinn, Estonia; 5 in Kyiv, Ukraine; and 1 in Vilnius, Lithuania. Our mission is to deliver projects on schedule while maintaining the required quality. Every one to two days, our clients receive complete functional components, and projects are delivered strictly in accordance with the Product Requirements Document (PRD). Since 2005, we have been serving small and medium-sized businesses as well as startups of varying complexities. Our dedicated teams operate at speeds ranging from 64 to 1200 hours per week. Our primary focus areas include: - Complex and unique web technology solutions - High-performance applications with page load times under 2 seconds, accommodating traffic of 5-10 million users monthly and databases with over 100 million records - High-load solutions involving server infrastructure development using AWS, GCP, and Heroku, capable of handling peaks of 100,000 users per minute - Development of browser extensions of any complexity - Creation of React Native applications for both iOS and Android platforms Clients receive weekly reports detailing hours logged via our internal Redmine time tracking system, with a requirement for each team member to log a minimum of 40 hours per week. If this is not met, clients are charged for the full capacity regardless. Our teams are structured for projects with weekly workloads ranging from 64 to 2000 hours.
