Sherwin Williams was established in 1959 in Central America and gradually grew its presence in the region with minimal digital media engagement. The company aimed to become a significant player in the home improvement sector, targeting audiences such as contractors, architects, and DIY enthusiasts who are eager to enhance the aesthetics of their spaces. Through advertising on platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Waze, and Spotify, Above Zero successfully assisted Sherwin Williams in achieving this ambitious objective. We also created and maintained their websites, produced valuable content for their audiences, and demonstrated that there is a demand for home improvement across all regions. Since 2016, we have overseen paid advertising in Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, and Guatemala. Our team takes pride in having established Sherwin Williams as a recognizable brand outside the United States, and we are eager to see what our ongoing partnership will bring!

When Chegg approached Above Zero, they were in the midst of rearranging their social teams and required a group that could seamlessly engage with their accounts, launch campaigns during high-demand periods, and uphold key performance indicators. Our team fit the bill perfectly, equipped with best practices, industry knowledge, and comprehensive utilization strategies. We began with an extensive audit that revealed valuable insights. Not only did these insights guide us in the right direction, but they also highlighted unnecessary auxiliary tools. By closely examining the brand’s technology, we streamlined Chegg’s product offerings, optimized existing products, reduced costs, and developed more impactful advertisements. To elevate Chegg’s ecosystem, we designed and implemented test plans to identify the “X factor” that drives the success of specific ads. With our Pixel audit, creative performance dashboard, budget tracker, and various reporting tools, we established a framework that enables Chegg to evaluate their success on a daily basis.

Biography required a digital strategy to enhance their direct-to-consumer initiatives. Our team stepped up with impactful paid media to launch the brand in 2020. Founder Linda Thompson envisioned transforming the skincare industry with ethically made products. This led to the creation of Biography. Unlike many companies that rely on generic blends, Biography uses carefully selected, fresh ingredients to create unique, proprietary formulas. As a small indie brand, they needed significant exposure to tell their story. We set up online media, produced engaging social content, conducted creative tests, and ran ads across Facebook, Instagram, GDN, and Google Shopping. Through our D2C efforts, we gained insights into Biography’s audience, built excitement for the launch, and increased brand awareness across various channels. We take pride in partnering with this innovative brand and look forward to assisting Linda in realizing her vision.
