Hello, I’m Abdul Rafay, and I currently serve as a Project Manager with over a year of on-site experience in this field. I have successfully managed various projects related to eCommerce, brand websites, portfolios, property listings, and more. My role involves coordinating between resources and clients to ensure the successful execution of projects and products, ensuring they are initiated and completed on time, within scope, and according to the client’s budget. I develop detailed project plans to monitor progress and establish and maintain relationships with external clients. I communicate with international clients via calls (such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Skype) to understand their business needs before starting development. I create technical workflows based on their requirements and coordinate with development and design teams to ensure a seamless project implementation. Additionally, I communicate with clients through various portals to showcase work progress and gather their feedback. I also conduct manual quality assurance checks on each module to guarantee product quality and address any errors.
