OUR STORY
Founded in 1956 during a transformative era in the U.S., AAA Labor has unwaveringly served the Minneapolis community every day since its inception. Established by Irwin Baker, the agency pioneered the "open every day" approach to staffing, ensuring clients and job seekers could connect promptly. This unique model, known today as "close contact staffing," supports local businesses by filling short-term general labor roles efficiently, enhancing productivity and community prosperity. Guided by core values like integrity, respect, and reliability, AAA Labor prioritizes people, consistently striving to exceed customer expectations. Their commitment is reflected in nearly 23,000 consecutive days of operation, offering dependable assistance to both employers and workers across the Twin Cities.
