Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy - Worker Wellness Program

In collaboration with A101, the Supreme Committee (SC) has introduced a smartphone application aimed at helping construction workers improve both their professional and personal lives while in Qatar. This initiative, spearheaded by the SC’s Workers’ Welfare Department and Special Projects Office, was created to take advantage of the large number of workers who use smartphones, providing a tailored platform to enhance their daily experiences. The app was developed after extensive consultations with SC workers facilitated by SC and A101. During the development stage, feedback was collected from workers at Lusail Stadium regarding the app's features, functionality, and design, with the aim of creating a comprehensive resource for their needs. After a successful pilot program involving 250 workers, the Sadiqi app has now been made available to all 22,000 workers involved in SC infrastructure projects.

First Custom-Built Metaverse In Qatar

Vodafone

Vodafone Qatar aimed to introduce its new experiential store at Place Vendome Mall by engaging customers and visitors in an interactive and immersive manner. A101 collaborated with Vodafone to create a tailored Metaverse experience, marking the first of its kind in Qatar. This initiative allowed Vodafone to host the country’s inaugural hybrid live event, blending in-person and virtual formats, to launch its national campaign “We Fan Together” within the Metaverse at their flagship Experiential Store. The custom-designed Metaverse features four themed rooms, beginning with ‘The Lobby,’ which highlights Vodafone Qatar’s latest offerings, followed by three rooms that represent the company's core pillars: ‘The Innovation Room,’ ‘The Sustainability Room,’ and ‘The Sports Room.’ The Metaverse can be accessed via any web browser, a mobile app, and even Virtual Reality (VR) for an enhanced experience. Tamreen is an initiative that leverages the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 to motivate young learners. It examines the journey of Qatar’s FIFA World Cup™ 2022, from the historic bidding process to the lasting impact of the event. The program offers a variety of engaging materials, including films, games, and quizzes, all designed to fit within the national curriculum, creating adaptable and enjoyable lesson plans. A101 collaborated with the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy to launch this program over three years, serving as a comprehensive digital agency to provide consultation and execute a range of deliverables. This effort was enhanced through partnerships with Qatar Foundation and the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE) to ensure the educational content aligns with Qatar's national curriculum.
