Streamlining Content for Ease of Use To facilitate simplicity, the first integrated trust of its kind on the English mainland required an innovative digital solution. 6B collaborated with the newly established Somerset NHS Foundation Trust to provide its patient community with a centralized source for the information and resources they needed. The website we created consolidated over 180 independent services and empowered staff members to manage content independently while enhancing the overall user experience for patients. We are proud to report that the project was a significant success. Our Approach Our team designed, developed, and launched a public-facing, highly accessible open-source microsite to aid in the merger, integrating vast amounts of information into a cohesive, user-friendly, and responsive system. We consolidated over 180 services onto a single platform, ensuring that each maintained its content management independence. A robust content modeling strategy was essential, featuring a structure tailored for diverse audiences. The new site and content management system facilitate easy updates to accommodate various communication campaigns and specific service requirements, currently serving 50,000 active monthly users.

ISEB

Unknown

ISEB, recognized as the gold standard in education, has built a strong reputation for successfully recruiting students to the world's foremost schools, thanks to their stringent examinations and the trust they have earned from teachers, parents, and partner institutions. However, their current online presence did not mirror this excellence. To align with their new and existing brand image, they aimed to modernize their website to enhance user experience and solidify their position as the preferred choice for assessments among institutions, educators, and parents. Additionally, the site needed to feature a seamless e-commerce function for selling exam papers. Our approach involved conducting a comprehensive audit of the website, evaluating aspects from functionality to SEO performance. It became evident that the branding and overall layout did not match the high-quality service provided by ISEB. In an industry where a child's education is crucial, making a strong first impression is vital. The project is currently live; we've completed the discovery phase and have just begun the design phase. Here’s an overview of our current roadmap: - The site will be constructed on WordPress to include diverse functionalities. - A straightforward and user-friendly CMS will be implemented to ensure content accessibility for all users. - The WooCommerce plugin will be utilized to customize the retail aspects of ISEB’s website.

ITV

Improving ITV's online visibility ITV Content Delivery is tasked with digitizing ITV's extensive film archive, regularly converting tapes and VHS. They offer a variety of digitization and restoration services tailored to their clients' needs, whether it's a single tape or an entire historically significant archive. To highlight their offerings and attract new business, ITV Content Delivery reached out to 6B for a new website and digital marketing strategy. 6B collaborated with ITV to create an impressive new website supported by a digital marketing campaign aimed at increasing site traffic. Our approach involved data analysis and customer research to determine what features a successful service website for ITV should include. It was crucial to showcase the capabilities of ITV's equipment and team effectively. Through photography, design, and content, 6B aimed to provide a genuine perspective on the team's abilities. We incorporated social features and strategically placed imagery near calls to action to encourage site visitors to connect with ITV. Currently, we manage the entire digital marketing strategy for ITV Content Delivery, encompassing PPC, SEO, social media, and content marketing. We're engaged in digital marketing planning, collaboration with influencers, and executing campaigns to enhance their overall brand reputation. Our commitment lies in helping ITV Content Delivery become the foremost content delivery service in Europe.
