Google and Facebook Ads for an E-commerce Shop
Client: An online store specializing in audio enhancements for BMWs, offering services like speaker upgrades, aftermarket stereo replacements, and subwoofer systems. Challenge: Boost the client's online sales for BMW audio upgrades through targeted advertisements on Google and Facebook. Solution: We adopted a comprehensive strategy to address the client’s needs, which included: developing an extensive PPC plan that leveraged both Google Ads and Facebook Ads to enhance the client’s online presence. For Google Ads, we crafted targeted campaigns using keyword research focused on BMW-specific terms such as "BMW speaker upgrades," "BMW aftermarket stereo replacements," and "BMW subwoofer systems." We also incorporated ad extensions like sitelinks, callouts, and structured snippets to improve ad visibility and provide extra information for potential customers. On the Facebook Ads front, we employed interest targeting to connect with BMW enthusiasts interested in car audio upgrades. Additionally, we built custom audiences based on website visitors, created lookalike audiences, and utilized retargeting ads to reach customers who had previously expressed interest in the client's offerings. Results: Our PPC strategy led to a 35% increase in website traffic and a 20% rise in online sales within the first three months of the campaign. The Google Ads campaign achieved a click-through rate (CTR) of 4.5% and a conversion rate of 7.8%, while the Facebook Ads campaign had a CTR of 2.5% and a conversion rate of 5.2%. The cost-per-click (CPC) was $1.50 for Google Ads and $0.75 for Facebook Ads. We also supplied the client with comprehensive tracking and reporting, enabling us to monitor the campaign's effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to optimize the PPC strategy for improved performance. Ultimately, our approach successfully generated more leads and sales for the ecommerce shop, all while adhering to their limited budget.
