N1, LLC (“N1”), a collaboration with Directional Aviation Capital, LLC and B&G Aviation, faced a significant market challenge: how to compete against a Fortune 100 company that dominates the maintenance, repair, and overhaul (“MRO”) sector for business jet engines. In an industry where reputation and trust are paramount, N1's relatively new status posed additional hurdles. To address this, N1 engaged 48 West Agency (“48 West”) to develop a marketing campaign that would set N1 apart from the established MRO brands. The 48 West team created the “Fly Smarter / Ultimate Lift” campaign and generated excitement leading up to the National Business Aviation Association's annual tradeshow, the largest event in the industry.

Every Email Address Narrates a Tale Emailage Each time an email address is utilized, it leaves behind traces. Over time, these traces accumulate into a complex narrative. Emailage, a start-up that utilizes an extensive data consortium and sophisticated machine learning techniques to tackle transaction fraud, faced challenges in conveying this narrative to large financial institutions and persuading them to explore Emailage’s approach to evaluating the risks in online transactions. To address this, they launched the "Every Email Address Tells a Story" campaign, collaborating with the 48 West Agency to create shareable content that would motivate financial companies to rely on intelligence, not just data, to assess fraud risk. We designed an infographic aimed at encouraging financial institutions to strike that balance with Emailage’s Risk Assessment. While the infographic dealt with a serious subject matter, it was crucial that it remained visually appealing and easy to digest. Since many financial professionals think in terms of spreadsheets rather than visuals, we aimed to capture their attention while still providing the hard data they anticipate on such an important topic.
