VR application with a virtual manager for the apartment interior demonstration

Virtual tours utilizing VR technology are increasingly popular for showcasing apartment interiors. This approach is effective for presenting properties that are still under construction, allowing users to experience the space and ambiance. Our team is experienced with these functionalities and has applied them in past projects; however, this marked our first foray into integrating video within a VR application. A key feature of this project is the incorporation of a video guide, whose character accompanies users during the apartment tour and shares insights about its unique features. The video was filmed separately against a green screen and was seamlessly integrated into the project using Unreal Engine 4. We merged various technologies and capabilities in the VR application to highlight the apartment's interior, including: • a configurator for selecting finish materials • adjustable lighting and surroundings • 3D room planning for easy navigation • a virtual guide The application boasts sophisticated features while ensuring that the user interface remains straightforward and intuitive. This tool provides developers and architects an excellent means to present unbuilt residential spaces, while allowing prospective buyers to explore different options for their future apartment, experience the ambiance, and make well-informed purchasing decisions.

360° immersive widgets for Mitsubishi Motors

To find an effective way to showcase a new range of Mitsubishi Motors vehicles, we collaborated with the client and considered factors such as the target audience, budget, and timeline. Ultimately, we decided on using interactive website widgets that incorporate gamification features. To enhance performance and maintain high photo quality, we employed a method based on key frames, featuring high-quality main frames and lower-quality intermediate ones. We also created a multi-level hotspot system that highlights specific features of the car as the user explores it. For instance, clicking on a hotspot on the car opens up another within the trunk, and so forth. This interactive component allows users to engage more deeply with the new vehicle, providing an immersive experience that static photos cannot offer. To emphasize particular technical aspects, we filmed certain features separately and presented them through simple animations, such as opening doors, hoods, or trunk lids. We included pop-up information boxes with brief descriptions of various features, as well as gamification elements encouraging users to discover all active components and hotspots. These enhancements make the widgets both informative and interactive. For Mitsubishi Motors' new product launch, we developed several interactive widgets that feature 360° flyovers and interior panoramas of the vehicles. We also created and integrated a custom player for effective presentation. To highlight the technical attributes of the new models, we designed the multi-level hotspot system and animations, while dedicating significant effort to the post-production of the flyovers and panoramas to ensure they are as detailed as possible. Tairovo Gardens - ARCHVIZ | Virtual Tour | AERIAL

Tairovo Gardens is one of the largest and most modern residential areas in Southern Ukraine. It boasts a well-developed infrastructure that includes a residential complex, school, kindergarten, shopping mall, sports area, market, swimming pool, and a boulevard. We created a virtual tour for Tairovo Gardens, featuring 15 ground panoramas and 2 aerial views, along with a web interface for presentation, and over 30 renders of the neighborhood. This project was challenging and time-consuming, especially due to the size of the area; we spent several weeks preparing and optimizing a 3D scene while maintaining high polygon counts and maximal detail. We captured panoramas at various times of day and focused on shadows during rendering. Additionally, we added hotspots to facilitate navigation within the virtual tour. We combined a 3D model of the neighborhood with photo elements, providing potential buyers with a convenient way to visualize the overall layout of the complex, its location, and amenities, as well as to assess the sun exposure of the apartments and the views from their windows.
