**Background** Golf Edge is a residential development by the prominent Phoenix Group, a leading figure in the real estate industry. Situated in Gachibowli's Financial District, this 30-story high-rise features 487 exclusive units that showcase modern architectural brilliance. With over 400 flats already sold, Golf Edge sought our assistance to generate leads for the remaining duplex apartments within a tight timeframe. **Brand** The Phoenix Group is a key player in the real estate sector, known for its excellence in developing ultra-luxurious residential projects, including Golf Edge, The Village, and Halcyon. They specialize in constructing world-class spaces and hold a distinguished reputation in the Hyderabad real estate market. **Objective** The goal was to generate quality leads and walk-ins for over 50 remaining duplex apartments at Golf Edge, ultimately leading to their sale. **Approach** Since more than 400 flats had already been sold, the remaining units did not seem too daunting; the challenge was identifying our specific target audience. We began with an on-site visit, followed by discussions with the pre-sales team to analyze sales patterns. This involved examining who purchased homes, their origins, demographics, interests, behavioral patterns, psychographics, and other critical details to inform our overall strategy. Next, we identified the platforms where our target audience was active, including LinkedIn, Money Control, Inshorts, Economic Times, Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube. Based on our understanding of audience perceptions, we created a user journey funnel and executed cross-platform campaigns with clear messaging. We developed an interactive, fast-loading landing page that linked all platforms, integrating a Lead Management System to track lead quality, gather feedback, and obtain insights for refining campaigns—all in one place. We focused our efforts on crafting communication that directly addressed our users. By targeting the appropriate audience, we provided information tailored to their interests, including the explicit pricing of the duplex units, which significantly improved the quality of leads. We utilized various communication formats across platforms, incorporating a clear call to action and a YouTube video with an experience-oriented message to enhance campaign relevance. **Outcome** In approximately 75 days, we generated over 3,000 high-quality leads, resulting in 15 conversions and 25 interested walk-ins in the pipeline. With clearly defined goals, we knew exactly how to proceed—it was just a matter of finding the right approach.

The aim was to recruit skilled local talent for diverse positions, including RJs, copywriters, creative leads, program managers, and executives, all in a cost-effective manner via digital platforms. **Our Approach** Identifying potential candidates was straightforward, given the abundance of passionate Millennials on social media eager to stand out. We executed ad campaigns with creative messaging targeting specific groups based on various interests, educational backgrounds, institutions, and passions. Engaging and witty lines, along with a visually creative hiring ad, attracted considerable attention and interest in the exciting roles. **Outcome** It was noted that recruitment costs and time significantly decreased, and the campaigns drew a larger crowd of enthusiastic young individuals with clear aspirations. The FM 95 station enjoyed tremendous success based on skill. Following this success in Hyderabad, Radio Mirchi from various cities reached out for similar campaigns across India, leading to recruitment initiatives in 16 cities, including Ahmedabad, Baroda, Surat, Cochin, Bangalore, Pune, and Mizoram. After conducting thorough research on the target group's demographics, competitors, and current market trends, we developed a Creative Communication plan focused on enhancing brand presence, increasing awareness, and creating engaging content to captivate our audience. **User Profiles:** - **Households:** This group includes individuals such as singles, parents, children, and grandparents who purchase milk and dairy products for immediate use, usually buying small quantities daily. - **Shopkeepers:** This segment consists of individual shopkeepers and kirana stores that buy dairy products in bulk for resale, depending on the product's shelf life. - **Corporates:** This includes company offices that purchase products in bulk for internal consumption, typically for cafeterias, kiosks, and vending machines, with frequent daily orders. - **Hotels:** This category encompasses small restaurants, chains, and hotels that buy milk and dairy products in bulk on a daily basis for indirect consumption. Based on our insights into Vijaya Dairy and its offerings, we identified five key touchpoints that represent the brand. These were highlighted through creative content shared on social media, specifically targeting users on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
