Recasens USA

As the American branch of a global firm, Recasens USA required a tailored marketing strategy and tactical support to meet their sales and marketing objectives. The market for acrylic textile buyers is limited and specialized, spanning various sectors. Recasens sought focused, account-based digital marketing initiatives to expand their presence and boost brand awareness in this niche. Founded in 1886 in Barcelona, Spain, RECASENS is a family-run business recognized as a leader in the industrial, marine, and indoor/outdoor fabrics and screen sector. The company is globally acknowledged for its innovative manufacturing processes and high-performance technical fabrics designed for sun protection, textile architecture, transportation, and navigation. The US division enlisted our assistance to adapt the brand messaging for the North American market, targeting distributors, OEMs, and fabricators while broadening their market reach. Our efforts involved refining content and messaging, establishing and expanding digital outreach programs, and maintaining collaboration with the European brand team for new product launches. Through a comprehensive marketing strategy, we created new channels that increased the client’s reach more than 17 times its original list size, leading to significant sales growth that persisted even in the face of global economic challenges.

With over 75 years of experience, MPX is a well-regarded leader in the print fulfillment industry. It has transformed from a straightforward and trustworthy print service provider into a high-technology firm offering innovative SaaS solutions that significantly benefit its clients’ financial, operational, and customer success. While known in some specialized markets, its tailored solutions for digital and print fulfillment consistently outperform competitors in terms of quality, precision, and exceptional service. The objective of this project was to capitalize on MPX's niche reputation and communicate its story to a saturated and competitive new sector—healthcare. MPX had struggled to connect with the health insurance market, which is already filled with numerous similar competitors, making it essential for MPX to distinguish itself. By highlighting its unique strengths that resonated with the demands of this sector, we crafted a narrative that made sense to healthcare insurers and clearly positioned MPX as the superior choice for fulfillment. In creating branding materials and content, establishing a strong positioning was critical. While competitors often fell short, MPX had the opportunity to excel. The brand refresh uplifted the entire organization, aligning the parent brand and various market-specific niche brands with their true value. The B2B sales cycle can be lengthy, and it may take months for a brand update to yield noticeable sales results. Nevertheless, the renewed energy and motivation resulting from the brand refresh can rejuvenate a team and help bridge that gap. With a stronger brand presence, new content and materials facilitated sales efforts and accelerated the closing of existing opportunities. With renewed confidence, the HealthLinq™ brand was poised to surpass the competition. Through comprehensive marketing strategies, new channels were developed, and the client's reach expanded to more than 17 times its original list size.

National Association of Chronic Disease Directors

The National Association of Chronic Disease Directors (NACDD) is a nonprofit professional organization dedicated to advocating for, educating, and providing technical support to enhance chronic disease prevention knowledge, leadership, and capacity among its members. Funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, NACDD collaborates directly with the 59 Chronic Disease Directors from State and Territorial Health Departments, their staff, and other organizations focused on public health through chronic disease prevention. The Communications Department at NACDD sought to adopt industry best practices for member communications. Previous integrations of their customer relationship management (CRM) system with their email marketing platform had required adjustments. We helped the client develop a standardized email system through multiple software integrations, team training, and design updates, streamlining communication processes and identifying areas for improvement. We closely collaborated with the Communications team to ensure their systems aligned with best practices while establishing procedures that supported both their in-house team and external consultants who needed access. As their technological requirements evolved, we continued supporting the teams and vendors to maintain optimal email program performance; this included conducting evaluations, updating integrations, assessing program effectiveness, creating testing protocols, and providing user training. During the COVID-19 lockdown, NACDD had to shift to remote work, modify communication processes, and proceed with planned technology upgrades while remaining a crucial resource for public health professionals. We prioritized assisting them in upgrading their email systems, which were essential for member communications, ensuring their email marketing efforts remained a stable and reliable means of external communication.
