After collaborating with the start-up for 7 months on a success fee basis, we opted to establish a dedicated recruitment team to support their rapid growth and hire an additional 20 members for the engineering team. Our team was made up of 2 recruiters and 4 talent researchers. For the majority of positions we successfully filled through active search, we sourced candidates locally as well as from other countries. We worked together for 6 months until all positions were filled, including Backend Engineers, Frontend Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, and QA Analysts.
