Objectives Beta offers premier dental solutions for groups, employers, individuals, and families. They have consistently prioritized delivering high-quality products and outstanding service to all their members. The aim was for Beta to reinvent its identity, moving beyond recognition solely for one product—the Alpha plan. The challenge was that people recognized the Alpha plan but not Beta Health itself. Our goal was to create a brand hierarchy and clarify brand equity, ultimately reducing confusion while enhancing user experience and website accessibility for consumers. Strategy During our collaborative session, we identified key adjectives that encapsulated the brand, such as "care," "authority," "powerful," "necessary," "superiority," and "affordability." In developing concepts for the revamped logo, we aimed to use their wordmark as a visual metaphor for a “path to” something, emphasizing a seamless connection with their target audience. It was essential that all brand materials conveyed Beta's core message, which led us to create a Brand and Style Guide as well. We recognized the importance of a cohesive and consistent brand identity for Beta, as the spoken, written, and visual language must collectively support their identity, mission, and the evolution of the brand. Audience Generally, the average Beta customer is from a blue-collar background, often employed in sectors with income disparities and varied employee needs, which means they lack access to dental care through traditional insurance plans. These individuals are likely to be low-income and may be underinsured or completely uninsured. Beta strives to make dental care feel accessible, demonstrating that they offer not just a budget-friendly option, but genuine value. Beyond customer service, Beta seeks to enhance the customer experience to a higher level of care.

**Objectives/Unique Selling Proposition** RMWS's distinctive selling point encompassed several elements, but ultimately, it centered on the idea of "Striving to Be the Golden Standard." Customers recognize RMWS as a trustworthy and reputable provider of quality service, consistently. **Strategy** To enhance their brand value further, we collaborated with RMWS leaders in our exclusive one-day enciteful™ Session, designed to generate strategic and impactful ideas aimed at improving the brand. Following this session, we crafted a Brand Brief that included a thorough SWOT Analysis, Industry Report, Experiential Mapping Report, Customer Profiles, Brand Vision, Brand Position, Brand Differentiation, Brand Benefits, and Brand Promise. After completing these messaging components, we determined that a logo redesign was the next logical step. We aimed to highlight RMWS's commitment to environmental sustainability, incorporating a leaf icon into their visual identity as a subtle nod to their eco-friendly narrative. We maintained their established red and yellow color scheme to preserve the brand awareness already associated with those colors. Additionally, we created a supplementary "badge" logo, as promotional products are a significant element of their client gifting strategy. **Target Audience** RMWS's target audience was divided into three segments: the individuals they were selling to, potential employees, and the local community in areas where they operated. We developed ideal customer personas to better define these groups and provide RMWS with a clearer understanding of their target demographics. **Results** The efforts for RMWS yielded successful outcomes and garnered positive feedback from both employees and the public. After launching the new brand identity and implementing it across various communication channels, RMWS experienced a significant increase in engagement.

The MINA Group

The MINA Group, led by Chef Michael Mina, is a celebrated restaurant organization that has achieved success through a commitment to selflessness and flexibility, evident in a thoughtfully curated dining experience that encompasses everything from the meals served to the overall ambiance. Each day, The MINA Group seeks to improve and refine their offerings—this dedication is a hallmark of their work. Guests will feel assured they made the right choice when dining at one of their establishments. To enhance their brand identity, they sought an advertising agency to assist in redefining their brand strategy. The aim was to identify which marketing aspects needed alteration and to create new, effective resources that would align with their evolving internal positioning. Another goal was to visually represent the brand while keeping Chef Michael's identity prominent. The MINA Group wanted to maintain its reputation for fine dining even as it ventured into the delivery and fast-casual markets, aiming to utilize the strong recognition of the MINA brand to provide credibility and visibility to its casual dining concepts.
