I serve as the CTO for a logistics platform that provides first-mile, last-mile, next-day, and same-day delivery services in our area. **OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE** What problem were you trying to solve with Yalantis? Our budget and resources are influenced by technology. We engaged Yalantis to execute a 6 to 7-month technology project that we were unable to handle internally. **SOLUTION** What was the extent of their engagement? We initially hired Yalantis for development tasks. They created an AngularJS web application supported by a Node.js backend, integrating it with our platform through several Node.js microservices and RESTful APIs communicating with AngularJS components. Given that part of our tech team is based in Russia, it made collaboration easy, and I was aware of a UK company that had previously partnered with Yalantis. While I don’t have specific metrics, we have tested their software with our management team and received positive feedback. They approach business analysis with great diligence and are supportive whenever we need to push a project forward. They show a genuine concern for their responsibilities. Yalantis offers excellent value for the investment we made. **Are there areas for improvement?** We faced some challenges with money transfers due to our location, and Yalantis does not provide flexible support plans. Enhancing this flexibility would benefit them. **Do you have any recommendations for future clients?** I don’t have specific advice to offer. Yalantis is a reliable partner.
