Xessable

Xessable is a company based in both the Netherlands and North Macedonia, with its main offices located in Utrecht and Skopje. The company specializes in nearshoring and offers consulting services to its clients. We were inspired to establish Xessable due to Macedonia’s skilled labor force, innovative outlook, and the rapidly expanding IT market in the Balkans. Our goal is to create optimal working conditions for our employees and to invest in their development through in-house seminars, as well as by encouraging client support for team member certifications to keep them satisfied and motivated. We select our clients carefully to ensure they offer long-term projects that provide stability and security for our developers. We consistently aim to leverage the latest trends and technologies to ensure our team is continually challenged to grow and learn. This approach allows us to deliver products that meet both current and future needs while remaining cost-effective to implement and maintain.
