Green Leader

The local action groups from Prahova and Salaj in Romania, with support from European funds designated for rural development, established a program called Green Leader. This initiative involves local producers who have secured European funding, primarily for beekeeping and natural products derived from honey and pollen. The Green Leader program aims to assist these producers in expanding their businesses. To facilitate this, we decided to create an online marketplace for the program’s participants. Once the solution proposed by XCODES DEVELOPMENT was presented and approved by our client, we commenced development. We began with mockups and prototypes tailored to the platform's requirements, which then incorporated design elements. After obtaining approval for both the design and its functionality, we moved forward with the development process. The platform is structured into three components: the API, the front-end, and the hybrid mobile application. The API was developed using PHP with the Laravel Framework, while the front-end was created with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, utilizing the Blade templating engine and Vue.js alongside the Tailwind Framework. The hybrid mobile application was built in Ionic with Vue.js, and for code compilation, we employed Capacitor.

The Manager has been created to address challenges faced by production-focused companies, specifically in managing all company entities, including customer orders. Our client, a private manufacturing firm, approached us with the concept of developing a tailored ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system that encompasses all phases of their complete technological process, from raw materials to the finished product and its delivery to the end customer. This application is designed to support every step of this process. Over a span of more than three months, we have collaborated closely with the production company and the XCODES DEVELOPMENT team. The project began with several days of onboarding at their office, where we met the team and gained insights into the application's requirements. After understanding these specifics, we moved on to create mockups and prototypes, which included design elements. Once all components were finalized and approved, the XCODES DEVELOPMENT team commenced the application build. The API development was conducted using PHP with the Laravel Framework, while the front end was created in Vue.js with the Vuesax Framework. Additionally, we implemented DevOps processes, including continuous integration and continuous deployment.

Oversight of roadmaps, passenger subscriptions, routes, drivers, vehicles, and cash registers can be quite complex without a dedicated application to store and provide accessible data anytime and anywhere. Automating processes and gathering data can aid the company in generating various statistics that inform decision-making. The XCODES DEVELOPMENT team conceived a multi-tenant application based on a monthly or annual subscription model. In this setup, users who register create their own accounts and become primary administrators, with the ability to add their own domain or subdomain and a personal database within the application. The initial step involved outlining how to effectively transform the application concept into a viable solution. Once the plan was established and approved, the XCODES DEVELOPMENT team began to develop the application. The back-end was crafted using PHP and the Laravel framework, while the front-end utilized HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, implementing the Blade templating engine and Vue.js.
