MySpot
The application serves as an ideal tool for managing post-sales service, customer support, and project oversight. It enables direct connections between clients, contractors, and administrators, improving communication and enhancing control, organization, and management. Through the app, clients can: receive notifications for incoming correspondence or packages, book common area facilities within their project, access project updates and news, request repairs or post-sales services, navigate home, and log out. Additional features include guest registration and requests for public or private transport.
For administrators, the app provides: general notifications and reservations for shared spaces, the ability to create client profiles based on characteristics (e.g., Apt A, B, C), the capacity to create contractor profiles (e.g., Electrical, Carpentry, Gas Services, Windows, etc.), comprehensive access to all account information, the capability to add news, publish updates, and manage instructions, as well as a logout option. Meanwhile, contractors can track: unanswered requests, ongoing requests, and completed requests, along with the ability to log out.
How does it function? The application is tailored to the specific construction characteristics of the properties (houses or apartments and their common areas), meaning that once a client is set up, the app identifies whether the profile corresponds to a 90m² apartment or a 116m² house. Based on the client's details, it will present the applicable technical specifications for both the property and its shared amenities.
To request a repair (post-sales service), once the administrator has registered the client, they can initiate a repair request pertaining to their property’s attributes. For example, if Ivan owns a 100m² apartment 508 and encounters a bathroom issue, he can submit a request through the app. Ivan will be able to select the relevant aspects of the apartment that fall under the construction company’s responsibility for post-sales services. He can specify the exact location of the issue and attach videos, photos, and comments before submitting the request.
Upon submission, the app connects Ivan to the contractor responsible for the repair, which could be an electrical, plumbing, or carpentry contractor. When the contractor receives the notification, they can review all details of the issue, helping them prepare for the visit. They can also schedule and notify the client of the appointment day through the app. The client will be informed of the contractor’s response and will await their visit. If the issue is resolved, the contractor will complete a service verification form; the request will then be marked as completed and archived in the contractor’s “Completed Requests” section within the app.
