Worn is a comprehensive, mission-driven creative agency dedicated to supporting women's success. Founded by Nicole Corbett, a Latina and first-generation American, Worn challenges the norms of the agency industry. Not only is it female-owned and operated in a landscape where most agencies are male-led, but our Vice President of Creative, Carolyn Rush, is also a woman, in a field where only 11% of Creative Directors are female. Located in New York City, Worn has partnered with over 75 female-led businesses and teams since its establishment in 2013. The agency empowers women to take leadership roles by providing business strategy and creative services, including website design, product packaging, and branding, primarily collaborating with female entrepreneurs and their teams.
