Portfolio

Acadeum Enterprise Website

Acadeum

Acadeum offers a course-sharing platform that enables various educational institutions to collaborate with similar schools, enhancing student progress, fostering curricular innovation, easing administrative challenges, and generating new revenue streams. Numerous colleges and universities leverage Acadeum's platform to better serve their students and improve their curricular approaches. Workhorse Marketing assisted Acadeum in updating their outdated and underperforming website into a new enterprise site that serves as an effective educational and conversion tool. The first step taken by Workhorse Marketing was to collaborate with the Acadeum team to capture the essence of their brand, including its history and business objectives. Through stakeholder interviews, research, market analysis, and competitor evaluations, we acquired a comprehensive understanding of Acadeum's business environment. This information informed a website strategy outlining user flows, user experience approaches, conversion goals, sitemap design, content strategy, and other crucial components. Our design team then created visual designs for all essential pages, while the development team focused on content creation and migration. It is vital to establish a migration strategy when transitioning to a new website to avoid disrupting backlinks, maintaining SEO integrity, and ensuring ongoing marketing efforts. As designs received final approval, our development team entered the last phases of coding, quality assurance, testing, and ultimately, launch.

Shipwell Enterprise Website

Shipwell

Shipwell utilized the established Workhorse Marketing process to create an advanced website aimed at establishing their brand as a top cloud-based freight and transportation management solution. This new website serves as a key hub for generating leads, enhancing brand identity, providing customer support, recruiting employees, and more, all designed to elevate this rapidly growing tech company. Shipwell offers a cloud-based solution that assists shipping, third-party logistics, and carrier companies in optimizing the entire supply chain lifecycle. Their centralized platform enables users to quote, book, and monitor shipments in real-time through ELD, API, and EDI integrations. Workhorse Marketing was contracted to design and develop this new enterprise website.

Uchi Website

Uchi

This comprehensive project tasked Workhorse Marketing with creating a suite of websites for three exclusive dining venues – Uchi, Uchiba, and Uchiko – which offer exceptional sushi experiences. Aimed at discerning diners in Austin, Houston, and Dallas who seek high-quality cuisine, the websites needed to capture the freshness of the innovative sushi menus while presenting a unified brand image across all locations. By tapping into our team's extensive website development expertise, we delivered a state-of-the-art online presence for Hai Hospitality that mirrors the brand's esteemed status as a leading destination for top-tier sushi. Given the frequently changing menu, the websites needed to embody the dynamic and contemporary essence of the culinary offerings. Workhorse Marketing created a multi-site template that enabled the brands to share common features while preserving their individual identities. The sites are integrated with SevenRooms, an interactive seating management system, as well as Tripleseat, with customizations designed to boost online reservations and enhance the overall Uchi experience. We prioritized user experience by incorporating animations for better site interactivity. Furthermore, we devised an optimized measurement strategy that allowed various managers to quickly and easily access and update essential information without disrupting other webpages. On the backend, we employed programming languages and a sophisticated operating system to ensure seamless functionality, while also ensuring mobile optimization for user convenience. Ultimately, we applied SEO best practices to facilitate easy discovery of each website in search engine results.
