Collaborating with Millbray, we brought a new lifestyle brand for those over 50 to fruition, guiding it from initial idea to complete digital launch. Our aim was to create a contemporary, design-focused brand that resonates with a new generation of downsizers—independent, discerning individuals looking for more than just a home. The website served as the foundation of that identity, integrating lifestyle storytelling, architectural elegance, and a sense of community into a unified experience. As a newcomer to the market, Millbray needed to build credibility, emotional connection, and a distinct presence from the outset, starting with no existing digital footprint, audience, or brand recognition—only a vision to transform over-50s living. The challenge was to develop a digital platform capable of fostering trust quickly, conveying sophistication and warmth, and serving as the brand’s primary expression. The Millbray platform successfully launched a new brand into the market, achieving immediate recognition and establishing a digital presence that feels both aspirational and relatable. It positions Millbray as a new standard in design-oriented community living, linking a lifestyle promise with authentic human appeal. With the digital infrastructure set, Millbray is now poised for growth, ready to introduce new precincts, community initiatives, and campaigns under a cohesive brand system. The platform has become both the face and driving force of the brand, designed to adapt as Millbray’s narrative evolves.

We reimagined a platform created for artists and their fans by collaborating with Sony Music Australia and New Zealand to revamp their website. Our aim was to develop a cohesive platform that seamlessly connects artists, fans, and labels in a versatile manner. The project focused on designing a system that highlights uniqueness while ensuring consistency across a variety of artists and campaigns. The outcome is a modular, mobile-first experience that enables labels to release content more quickly, present artists in a dynamic way, and create a more immersive, interconnected journey for fans. Sony Music Australia required a digital experience that showcased its roster of top-notch artists while acting as a central hub for fans, labels, and partners. The previous website was functional but lacked cohesion, with artist content, merchandise, and label updates scattered across different sections, leading to a user experience that felt disconnected from the brand’s creative essence. Sony desired a contemporary, mobile-first design system that could consolidate its ecosystem, merging content, creativity, and commerce into a seamless, high-performing experience. We were brought on board to lead the UX and UI design for Sony Music Australia's new digital platform, guiding the process from research and architecture to final design delivery. Our collaboration with the digital teams at Sony Music Australia and New Zealand helped us understand how fans discover, explore, and interact with artists across all platforms. By merging brand expression with performance-oriented thinking, we outlined the journeys of fans, artists, and partners to create a more connected experience. The end result was a modular UX architecture and adaptable design system that integrates artist pages while maintaining their individuality, brought to life through motion, interaction, and a mobile-first strategy that enhances fast and intuitive discovery.
