Peopl: Recruiting Reinvented

Peopl

Revamping recruitment for the upcoming generation. Peopl is changing the way companies discover ideal candidates. This cutting-edge platform provides instant access to a pool of talented professionals, all within reach. The Issue Finding qualified candidates can be challenging and time-consuming. Many organizations depend on expensive third-party recruiters with limited effectiveness. Our approach simplifies the process, helping you save both time and money while connecting with top talent more effectively. UX/UI Design Engaging the next generation of applicants. We identified a prevalent problem in recruitment platforms: a lack of personalization and engagement. To appeal to younger users, we merged the appeal of social media with the functionality of job platforms. The outcome? An aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly interface that draws in and keeps users' attention, featuring fewer steps and improved usability.

Banking for Women

Jefa

THE CLIENT: A startup dedicated to achieving financial equality with a focus on women's needs. Introducing Jefa, a Mexican startup creating a challenger bank tailored for women in Latin America. Globally, 1.4 billion individuals lack access to banking; nearly 1.3 billion of them are women. THE CHALLENGE: Women in Mexico often distrust financial services. Jefa needed to realign its brand, enhance visual consistency, and improve user experience. Although their existing product was satisfactory, it fell short of their marketing objectives. Our mission was to develop a refreshed aesthetic that would be visually appealing and effectively convey their message in an engaging manner. THE SOLUTION: Establish a financial ecosystem aimed at women. Through extensive user research, testing, and data analysis, we delivered a unified identity and product that integrated seamlessly, positioning Jefa as a dependable financial solution. 👉🏽 Read the complete case study: https://www.won.agency/work/jefa
