Wolves Not Sheep is a creative design and strategy studio that focuses on destination branding and positioning. We collaborate with hospitality owners and operators to enhance their guest experiences. In addition to being a trusted partner for Marriott International, we have assisted independent owners with new constructions and renovations, supported hotel developers in establishing and expanding flagship hotels across multiple locations, and managed (re)branding initiatives for restaurant groups with innovative concepts and large franchises. Our goal is to build your creative foundation by utilizing design and storytelling to create unique connections between people, design, and actions, resulting in decisions that feel both natural and effortless. Our name embodies our method, which involves strategic thinking to clarify vision, positioning, and long-term potential, thereby creating a brand roadmap where design expresses something purposefully distinctive.
