Rather than providing the often bland approach typical of traditional tours, Note focuses on creating engaging and memorable interactions for their clients. Their knowledgeable local guides are friendly and enthusiastic, sharing easily digestible stories and historical insights. Initially, their primary service was guided bike tours, but as the business expanded, they faced the challenge of a brand name that was limited to a specific category. To facilitate entry into new markets, they required a brand strategy along with a visual identity that reflected their broader offerings. We crafted a new name for them, inspired by the act of taking notes to remember meaningful information, making it easier to share with others. This new name unifies their entire range of services under one brand. Additionally, we designed a visual identity featuring handwritten motifs and free-drawn lines that create recognizable brand elements.
