Initially a small group of engineers and product developers, we rapidly expanded into a comprehensive AI consultancy, tackling more intricate problems for tech firms, international brands, and government entities. SIGMA Assessment Systems

For decades, SIGMA Assessment Systems has worked with over 8,500 organizations in North America, offering talent assessments, executive coaching, and succession planning services. When they aimed to transform their unique psychometric content into an interactive AI-driven coaching experience, they sought a technical partner who could simplify a complex challenge. After reviewing various companies, SIGMA selected Wizard Labs for our ability to effectively convert their vision into a clear and practical scope without unnecessary complications. What We Developed Wizard Labs collaborated with SIGMA to transform its proprietary psychometric intellectual property into a tailored conversational AI experience. Our involvement included defining the architecture of the AI model, translating assessment data into personalized insights, creating conversational workflows and prompt structures, and assisting in the definition of a minimum viable product (MVP) while keeping security and privacy at the forefront. The outcome was an impressive MVP that surpassed expectations on both the user interface and back end, delivered in three planned development phases and completed on schedule. Results Internal testing showed strong positive indicators across key metrics at this stage, such as repeat usage, session depth, and qualitative feedback. Leadership stakeholders were pleased with the quality and relevance of the AI-generated outputs, confirming the fundamental concept and boosting confidence to proceed with a wider client testing group. According to SIGMA's project manager: "Wizard Labs has gone above and beyond to provide us with an MVP that feels refined."

IBM Watson Warriors

IBM

Watson Warriors is an interactive learning platform designed for data scientists. It utilizes the strengths of IBM Power hardware and IBM Watson software to showcase IBM's machine learning ecosystem. As the technical team for IBM Watson Warriors, we collaborated with various partners to handle the project’s technical components. We oversaw everything from planning and architecture to development and post-launch support. The project posed challenges that required advanced technical knowledge in AI, cloud infrastructure, and software development. We partnered closely with the IBM Cloud team to efficiently provision GPUs and IBM Power hardware for optimal performance. As a result, our web-based platform was successfully launched and utilized in live competitions, where both experienced and aspiring data scientists competed to train machine learning models aimed at detecting wildfires in satellite images.
