PPC Services, CRO - Seller.Tools

Seller.Tools

**Challenge:** Seller.Tools had a recognized brand in the market and good traffic coming to their Chrome extension, but they weren't effectively tracking or utilizing that traffic. Past attempts at running ads were largely unsuccessful, leading to high costs per lead and negative returns on investment. The company was facing intense competition in a market characterized by expensive cost-per-click (CPC) and less relevant keywords and traffic. **Solution:** We integrated Mixpanel with Analytics and Data Studio to monitor users and events from both the Chrome extension and the website. This allowed us to retarget Chrome Extension users—an extensive database of highly interested individuals. We employed a product-led growth strategy as our market approach, launching a free-access campaign to encourage users to try the platform. We implemented in-dashboard tours and pop-ups to help users experience the platform's "Aha moment," resulting in a 32% increase in conversion rate optimization (CRO). We also developed two significant retargeting campaigns, offering a 50% discount for newly signed-up users and unlocking premium features for those who signed up within 14 days. Additionally, we boosted on-dashboard conversion rates through the use of pop-ups and banners.

PPC, Facebook Ads, CVR - Press Loft

Press Loft

Challenge Press Loft primarily built its customer base through referrals, cold email outreach, and attendance at major PR conferences. They sought a scalable approach to attract new, larger clients from the UK, Western Europe, and Australia. While the Press Loft product is user-friendly and streamlines the work of PR professionals, the challenge was that it belonged to a relatively new SaaS product category that many PR specialists and agencies were not familiar with. To address this, we conducted comprehensive market research and identified two key buyer personas to target: Large Brands with dedicated PR personnel who could afford the tool, and Agencies that could enhance their client services with an automated PR solution. We adopted a product-led growth strategy as our main approach to market entry. We devised seasonal and holiday-themed demand generation campaigns, resulting in over 500 free sign-ups. Our actions included creating email campaigns designed to convert leads into customers through limited-time offers communicated via a series of five sequential emails, utilizing LinkedIn and Facebook as our main customer acquisition platforms, building high-converting landing pages with a 23-30% conversion rate, and enhancing on-dashboard conversion rates with pop-ups and banners. As a result, we achieved 100 marketing qualified leads monthly, reduced the cost per conversion by 53%, and secured 20 initial paying customers.

PPC,CVR, FB Ads, LI Ads -FuseDesk

FuseDesk

Challenge: FuseDesk is a helpdesk platform integrated with Infusionsoft (Keap). The primary challenge it faced was attracting small and medium business owners who utilize Infusionsoft (Keap) as their CRM. Solution: We took advantage of Google's latest initiative, the “Performance Max Campaign,” which integrates both keyword and audience targeting, allowing us to reach users of “Keap.” We implemented a product-led growth strategy for our market entry by providing free access to the platform. Additionally, we utilized LinkedIn's "Company page targeting" feature to focus exclusively on users interested in the “Keap” CRM. We also employed "Custom Intent" targeting on YouTube to reach users searching for relevant keywords.
