A Data-Driven Sports Betting Web Platform

Ballwiz

Many individuals enjoy sports, and numerous fans are keen to watch their favorite games while also aiming to earn some money. This inspired the creators of Ballwiz to collaborate and develop a platform that facilitates this in an efficient manner. The challenge we faced in this project was to design a betting platform that emphasized data analytics, trends, and odds. Our goal was to empower users to make informed betting decisions based on real statistics, eliminating uncertainty and personal bias from the equation. Striking the right balance between emotional and logical betting made the UX development both a challenge and an enjoyable experience! Additionally, gathering real-time statistics presented difficulties and demanded high-performance data processing. To tackle this, we employed machine learning to analyze all the collected data, ensuring that users could make informed betting choices based on precise and readily available information. We collected data from various APIs, standardized and organized it before processing, and then presented it in a way that was meaningful to users. We integrated data from multiple sports considering factors such as weather, team lineup, historical performance, seasonal form, and upcoming opponents—elements that enhance rational betting. A Web Platform to Connect Top Talent with Clients

InJob Online

The transition to online and remote work is rapidly gaining momentum each year, offering businesses a multitude of advantages. With this in mind, InJob envisioned enhancing the capabilities of freelancers and simplifying their collaboration with clients. **The Challenge** The project's main challenge was to create a user-friendly and dynamic platform. This platform would serve as a professional ecosystem for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and clients, facilitating comprehensive connection, protection, management, and accessibility. **The Solution** Together with our client, we successfully developed a web-based platform that offered an environment in which users could discover top freelancers and execute projects, utilizing efficient management tools and compatibility algorithms. Within the platform, users can search for projects, services, or freelancers. We designed an interface enabling users to function as either clients or freelancers using the same account, engaging with various services and projects. Additionally, the platform features search and filtering options based on category, ratings, or location, and allows users to communicate in real time through a live chat function. This was accomplished using an Agile methodology, delivering a small yet functional software component for client evaluation every two weeks. Our primary goal was to provide operational software. We assembled a skilled cross-functional team that maintained a continuous development cycle, ensuring consistent deliveries in each sprint. RAFT Croatia functions as a search engine for ferry reservations, aiming to simplify and enhance the travel experience between Croatia's islands and coastal cities. The challenge lies in the fact that ferry transport is a specialized sector with no dedicated search engine or metadata platform available, either globally or within specific nations. This necessitated that we develop much of the infrastructure independently. We needed to create and deploy platforms and tools for travelers to purchase ferry tickets, in addition to solutions that enable ferry companies to manage their routes and operations.
