Our DevOps-as-a-Service model features a well-organized and scalable team led by a dedicated engineer. We provide a full-time DevOps engineer working 40 hours per week as the main contact and responsible for all daily operations. Additionally, a DevOps Team Lead (10 hours/week) oversees quality delivery, process direction, and quick responses to escalations, while a DevOps Architect (10 hours/week) focuses on designing and enhancing CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud architecture. To ensure comprehensive coverage across all DevOps areas, the team also includes 2 to 4 extra DevOps engineers (10 hours/week each) with specific skills. We follow a set communication process that includes daily structured updates, while the Lead and Architect offer prompt support for urgent matters or escalations.
