MyPCEasy is a simple and effective application that enables various users, such as managers, secretaries, doctors, physiotherapists, and technicians, to easily schedule and manage their appointments with patients at the clinic. Clinics across Italy that join the platform can set up their departments along with all necessary resources, including doctors, services, and equipment. The app features an easy-to-navigate calendar interface, allowing users to view available time slots, create new appointments for patients, or duplicate existing ones. Users can access daily and weekly calendar views, and they also have the option to export or print the calendar. Patients may have multiple appointments at different times, but users can easily set a series of appointments for them and keep track of events on individual detailed pages. MyPCEasy goes beyond just scheduling; it is a comprehensive solution that provides managers with insights into statistics, as well as an understanding of the clinic's financial and productivity metrics.

Automation of the production processes of a bakery

MissCake

MissCake is a small bakery in Romania known for its exceptional quality, serving some of the most beloved cakes and sweets for local events. Operating in the food industry poses inherent challenges, as the owner often has to deal with tight deadlines and perishable ingredients. With this in mind, effective planning is crucial. The owners of MissCake methodically prepare each day by considering all the orders received throughout the week. In addition to daily operations, a typical bakery requires a larger workforce, employee vacation time for rest, detailed planning, and more. ### THE CHALLENGE Resource planning and prioritization are critical components for the success of a bakery, and we recognized the need to enhance existing solutions for improved efficiency. Our first step was to create a comprehensive template that outlined all the bakery's products and the steps involved in their standardized production process. Next, we developed an algorithm to generate plans and prioritize products for the next three months, taking into account various factors such as: - The manufacturing stages required for each cake and their priority - Delivery dates and perishability - Employee vacation days and working hours - Total number of employees and relevant information - Overall product output from the bakery ### ALWAYS PUT YOURSELF IN THE CUSTOMER'S SHOES To fully understand MissCake's needs and challenges, we initiated discovery sessions through online meetings, followed by product demonstrations as we made technological advancements. This engagement significantly influenced the custom software development, enabling us to gather direct feedback from their customers. Consequently, we ensured that the product development was on the right track.

Educational Hub App for Skill Building

YourSkillSet

Even with the vast resources available online, acquiring niche skills can still be challenging. This app aims to address that by providing a centralized platform for specialized job training that isn't available in traditional books or online videos. EDTECH MVP 101 launched with ambitious objectives to ensure the app would be competitive right from the start. The user was the focal point of the app, making user registration a crucial feature that needed to function seamlessly. A well-organized database to manage user data, geolocation, analytics, and features like media file uploads and in-app messaging needed to operate cohesively without interfering with each other. Additionally, the app sought to incorporate direct revenue generation, and we chose Stripe as our payment processor, allowing us to focus on other features without the distraction of developing a payment system from scratch. To enhance user engagement and foster platform growth, we introduced push notifications for course bookings and communications. Furthermore, we enabled users to share their course progress, ratings, and reviews on social media, helping them gain visibility with potential employers while also promoting the platform itself. A referral system was designed and implemented, offering incentives to alumni who recommended courses to prospective students, paying them £5, which could be applied towards other courses. To conclude, the mobile application required a robust admin panel to support both learners and instructors effectively.
