Web Wallah was established in 2019 by two ambitious 17-year-old tech enthusiasts, Mayank and Krishna, who graduated from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, one of India's leading institutions. The idea for Web Wallah originated as a shared dream between these classmates during their tenth grade, driven by their fascination with the digital realm and a desire to create technological solutions that aligned with their passion while also generating income. After much brainstorming, they settled on the name "Web Wallah," inspired by the popularity of "Physics Wallah" among their peers, which resonated strongly with them. This marked the start of their journey as they registered their domain and began developing their website. An unexpected turn of events came with the COVID-19 pandemic, which proved to be a surprising advantage for them. With schools shut and exams delayed, Mayank seized the opportunity to devote his time entirely to Web Wallah while Krishna took a brief hiatus to focus on his NEET preparations. During this time, Mayank assumed leadership of the venture as a solopreneur. In 2020, they landed their first client, Jiksha Pathology, which initiated a fulfilling professional journey. The initial project was a testament to their hard work and dedication, shaping the future of Web Wallah. Over the years, Mayank had the privilege of working on hundreds of websites, assisting many clients in bolstering their digital presence. Furthermore, in the same year, he launched additional startups, JNVST Prep and CSHUB, aimed at enhancing the ed-tech sector. Gradually, Mayank elevated Web Wallah's status, and by December 2023, it was officially incorporated with the Government of India. As their success grew, they began expanding their team to take on various roles.
